A Knock At Midnight

This after school cooking workshop series is designed specifically for youth in 3rd through 8th grade. They are highly interactive; hands-on and engaging; and provide ample opportunities for youth to participate individually and cooperatively in groups. Participants will learn many new skills such as basic math; sequencing; and reading comprehension. They will gain self-confidence in preparing simple meals as they follow recipes; learn to safely handle kitchen equipment; and clean-up after cooking. The foundation for healthy eating habits will be laid.
