Summer Camp Week of 26th Jun - Lego Robotics and Electrical Engineering
Each day of camp includes 1/2 a day of Hands-on Engineering and 1/2 a day of Technology class with outdoor recess. Lego Robotics For grades 1 to 3: The Junior Lego Robotics workshop introduces young students to robotics when combined with the LEGO Software. Students will be able to build LEGO models featuring working motors and sensors; program their models; and explore a series of cross-curricular, theme-based activities. For grades 4 to 7: The Senior Lego Robotics workshop combines the versatility of the LEGO building system with the most advanced technology of LEGO MINDSTORM EV3 to create and command robots that move, sense, talk, think, collect data and do anything you can imagine. Electrical Engineering – Spark the Imagination Electrify your student’s mind with our Electrical Engineering class. Students will explore the principles of electricity through the design of electrical circuits, and combine electricity and creativity to design projects such as a light-up card, a “magic” wand that turns on a lightbulb, and a simple flashlight that you can fit in your pocket and much more.
