As a part of a year-long service and leadership development project, Global Leaders Scholars enrolled in their junior year of high school work in teams of 6-8 to identify an issue in their community, conduct thorough research on it, and develop and implement a solution.The earner of the Reflection badge has evaluated how their proejct contributed to positive social change in the community, has analyzed the strenghts and opportunities for growth in their project's deisn, and has assessed the ways in whcih participating in community service helped them develop new leadership skills.
